Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Brabourne Vineyard, géré en famille, est situé à Ashford, dans le Kent, au pied des North Downs. Fondé en 2014, le domaine exploite environ 0,8 hectare de vignes sur un coteau crayeux en pente douce orienté sud-ouest. La propriété cultive du Pinot Noir et du Chardonnay pour produire des vins effervescents et tranquilles. Les vignes sont entretenues toute l'année à la main par la famille, soutenue par la communauté locale lors des vendanges.

Brabourne Red Vermouth is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the hot summer of 2025. Enhanced with locally grown botanicals including rose petals, fig leaves, lavender and herbs as well as clove, aniseed and vanilla.
