Le domaine Gusbourne a été fondé en 2004 et exploite 60 hectares de vignes situés à Appledore, dans le Kent. La cave cultive du Chardonnay, du Pinot Noir et du Pinot Meunier, en utilisant principalement des clones bourguignons. Sous la direction du Chief Vineyard Manager Jon Pollard, l'équipe privilégie une approche durable et peu interventionniste dans les vignes. Toutes les raisins sont récoltés exclusivement à la main par une équipe de viticulteurs qualifiés. Les vins effervescents sont élaborés selon la méthode traditionnelle.
