Über den Betrieb
Das familiengeführte Weingut Brabourne Vineyard liegt in Ashford im britischen Kent am Fuß der North Downs. Der im Jahr 2014 gegründette Betrieb bewirtschaftet eine Rebfläche von rund 0,8 Hektar auf einem nach Südwesten ausgerichteten Kreidehang. Angebaut werden die Rebsorten Pinot Noir und Chardonnay, aus denen Schaumweine und stille Weine erzeugt werden. Die Pflege der Reben erfolgt ganzjährig in Handarbeit durch die Familie und wird durch den lokalen Zusammenhalt bei der Lese ergänzt.

Brabourne Red Vermouth is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the hot summer of 2025. Enhanced with locally grown botanicals including rose petals, fig leaves, lavender and herbs as well as clove, aniseed and vanilla.
