La bodega Gaia Wines fue fundada en 1994 y gestiona 7 hectáreas de viñedos en Koutsi dentro de la Nemea PDO. Los fundadores, dos ingenieros agrónomos, establecieron operaciones en las regiones griegas de Nemea y Santorini con un enfoque principal en las variedades de uva autóctonas Agiorgitiko y Assyrtiko. El porfolio incluye vinos tintos, vinos blancos como el Thalassitis, así como vinos espumosos y naturales, combinando métodos tradicionales con prácticas innovadoras como la crianza en vasijas de arcilla y la maduración de botellas bajo el agua.
