La bodega Christian Fischer GmbH está situada en Sooß, en la Thermenregion, y cultiva viñedos en las suaves laderas surorientales del Soosser Lindkogel, por encima del bosque de Viena. Este terruño tan especial y las condiciones climáticas son muy similares a los de la Borgoña francesa, motivo por el cual la región suele ser denominada la Borgoña de Austria. Las condiciones minerales del suelo ofrecen los requisitos previos ideales para la elaboración de vinos tintos frescos y elegantes.
