Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut TORTI "L'ELEGANZA DEL VINO" TORTIWINES befindet sich im Oltrepò Pavese und wird in Familientradition betrieben. Gegründet zu Beginn des vergangenen Jahrhunderts von Giovanni Torti, wird der Betrieb heute von Dino Torti geführt, der von seiner Frau und seinen Töchtern unterstützt wird. Die Weinberge liegen auf einem hügeligen Terrain aus Kalkstein, Mergel und Ton, das sich besonders für den Anbau von Pinot Nero eignet. Zum Rebsortenspektrum gehören neben Pinot Nero auch Barbera und Croatina für die Erzeugung von stillen Weinen und Schaumweinen. Mit Innovationen wie dem Anbringen von Braille-Schrift auf den Etiketten verbindet das Weingut historische Erfahrung mit stetiger Weiterentwicklung.
