Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut SassodiSole wird seit Generationen von der Familie Terzuoli geführt, die bereits seit dem XVII Jahrhundert in der Weinproduktion tätig ist. Der Betrieb bewirtschaftet eine Rebfläche von zehn Hektar in Montalcino, die vollständig mit Sangiovese Grosso bepflanzt ist. Die Familie steuert die gesamte Produktion von der Traubenerzeugung bis zur Vinifikation und dem Ausbau in Eigenregie. Bei der Arbeit in den Weinbergen und im Keller verbindet das Weingut technologische Innovation mit traditionellen Methoden der Region. Zum Portfolio gehören unter anderem Weine mit den Herkunftsbezeichnungen Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Orcia DOC und Rosso di Montalcino DOC.
