Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Kapić vina ist ein neu eröffneter Mikro-Weinkeller in Matulji in der Region Hrvatska Istra. Das Konzept verbindet die Geschichte und die Bräuche der Region Liburnia und Kastavština mit lokalen Traditionen. Die Weine erhalten ihre Namen aus alten, fast vergessenen Wörtern der lokalen čakavischen Sprache. Jährlich werden rund 8.000 Flaschen Wein aus Rebsorten wie Malvasia, Chardonnay, Muskateller und Merlot in Form von Weiß-, Rosé- und Rotweinen produziert.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 9 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Istrian Malvasia und Teran.
