Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut IBM Vina Ivančić ist ein familiengeführter Betrieb mit Sitz in Novigrad, der sich der Erzeugung hochwertiger Weine aus lokalen Rebsorten widmet. Die Produktion erfolgt in begrenzten Serien ausschließlich auf roten Terra-Rossa-Böden, die den Weinen eine ausgeprägte Mineralität verleihen. Neben der Weinherstellung umfasst das Sortiment der Boutique-Winery auch istrischen Brandy, Likör und natives Olivenöl extra. Besucher werden vor Ort in einem eigenen Verkostungsraum und Weineinzelhandel empfangen.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 11 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Cabernet Sauvignon und Istrian Malvazija.
