Das Familienunternehmen Balfour Winery in Kent wird in den Bereichen Kellerwirtschaft und Weinbau von mehreren Generationen und Familienmitgliedern geprägt. Die Kellermeister Owen und Fergus Elias verantworten die gesamte Produktion von der Weinlese bis zur Abfüllung im eigenen Betrieb. Unterstützt werden sie im Weinberg von der Familie Turner, die langjährige Erfahrung mit dem Anbaugebiet einbringt. Das Weingut bietet eine Auswahl von Weinen an und beliefert internationale Restaurants, Bars und den Handel.
