Perfil de la bodega
La bodega Balfour Winery en Kent está configurada, tanto en la bodega como en el viñedo, por varias generaciones y miembros de la familia. Los enólogos Owen y Fergus Elias gestionan toda la producción, desde la recepción de la uva hasta el embotellado, dentro de las instalaciones propias de la finca. En el viñedo cuentan con el apoyo de la familia Turner, que aporta una dilatada experiencia sobre el terroir local. La bodega produce una gama de vinos que suministra a restaurantes, bares y socios comerciales internacionales.
El directorio eno registra 22 vinos, sobre todo de Chardonnay y Bacchus. La bodega suministra a hostelería y comercio minorista.
