Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Adega Marel liegt in Amareleja in der Region Alentejo und bewirtschaftet rund 14 Hektar Rebfläche auf sehr armen, steinigen Böden mit unterschiedlichen Texturen. In dem extremen und anspruchsvollen Klima der Region kultiviert der Betrieb zehn Rebsorten, darunter sowohl neue Anlagen als auch über 90 Jahre alte wurzelechte Reben. Die Arbeitsweise verbindet den Erhalt alter Rebanlagen und lokaler Rebsorten mit der traditionellen Herstellung von Talha-Wein sowie zeitgemäßen Techniken. Das Portfolio umfasst frische, aromatische Weine wie die Linien Marel, Manolito und Tonico, die das Terroir widerspiegeln.
