Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Herdade da Malhadinha Nova liegt in Albernoa in der Region Alentejo und umfasst eine Gesamtfläche von 744 Hektar, von denen 80 Hektar auf Weinberge entfallen. Die Reben wachsen auf sanften Hängen mit durchlässigen Schistböden im Einklang mit der biologischen Vielfalt des Terroirs. Das Projekt geht auf den Traum der Familie Soares zurück, die das Anwesen prägt und den Umweltschutz seit Beginn in den Mittelpunkt stellt. Neben dem Weinbau gehören auch die Zucht von Lusitano-Pferden und ein gastronomisches Angebot zum Betrieb.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 32 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Tempranillo und Roupeiro.
