About the estate
The Zlati Grič winery is located in the idyllic wine-growing region of Škalc above Slovenske Konjice in Slovenia, continuing a centuries-old winemaking tradition. Spanning 70 hectares of vineyards, the estate cultivates grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Welschriesling, Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Blaufränkisch, and Pinot Noir. The estate's philosophy relies on integrated farming and a balance between terroir and vintage character. In addition to the modern main cellar, the winery also utilizes the historical Charterhouse Žička kartuzija for the aging of sparkling and archive wines. Guided by winemaker Sašo Topolšek, the estate produces fresh, distinctive wines and sparkling wines.
The eno directory lists 3 wines, mostly from Sauvignon Blanc and Sivi Pinot.
