Based in Birkweiler, the Klaus & Mathias Wolf GbR winery is run as a family operation by Mathias Wolf and his father, blending tradition with modernity. In the cellar, Mathias Wolf shapes the estate's style with clear and precise wines, while vineyard management benefits from long-standing experience. The portfolio features characteristic Pinot Blanc as well as diverse Rieslings grown on various soil types such as red sandstone, variegated sandstone, and slate.
