About the estate
The Winzerhof Schaller is a family-run estate founded in 1960 in Roxheim in the Nahe region, currently managed in the second generation by Markus Schaller. Covering a vineyard area of a good 12 hectares, the winery cultivates steep sites including the Roxheimer Höllenpfad, Roxheimer Berg, and Roxheimer Birkenberg. The grape variety spectrum focuses primarily on Riesling, complemented by Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Dornfelder. Cultivation is carried out with a clear focus on meticulous vineyard management as the foundation for wine quality. The wines are distributed via the estate's own online shop and through direct deliveries on regional tours.
The eno directory lists 4 wines, mostly from Riesling and Pinot Blanc. The estate sells to retail.
