About the estate

Founded in 1922, the Baden-Badener Weinhaus am Mauerberg cultivates vineyards in the sun-drenched sites of the Baden-Baden Rebland such as the Neuweierer Mauerberg and the Stich den Buben. On the slopes of the Black Forest foothills, the members grow classic regional grape varieties with a focus on Riesling and Pinot Noir, alongside Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, and Chardonnay. Working on deep primary rock soils and loess-loam soils, the winemakers carry out vineyard management through careful manual labor. The traditional wines, including characteristic bottlings in the Bocksbeutel bottle, reflect the origin and minerality of the region.

The eno directory lists 12 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Riesling.
