Founded in 2013, the Winery Jeff Konsbrück cultivates 14.5 hectares of vineyards in Ahn, Luxembourg, and produces Crémant de Luxembourg as well as wines under the Moselle Luxembourgeoise AOP denomination. The organically farmed vineyards featuring shell limestone and keuper soils are located within a four-kilometer radius of the estate. The winemaker relies on hand harvesting, careful grape selection, and a precise, sustainable cellar approach involving barrel variations and skin-contact fermentations. The portfolio includes fresh sparkling wines such as the Gewürztraminer Crémant alongside structured still wines with distinct minerality and depth.
