The Wijndomein Riesenberg estate covers half a hectare of vineyard land at the edge of the Savelsbos in Gronsveld. The venture is operated by a partnership of wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs dedicated to producing wines of high quality. The vineyards are situated on a gentle southwest-facing slope featuring a loamy topsoil and a subsoil rich in gravel, pebbles, and marl. Cultivated grape varieties include traditional grapes such as Pinot Gris and Auxerrois, alongside a mixed planting inspired by field blends comprising eight different varieties. The winery anticipates an annual yield ranging between 1300 and 1500 bottles.
