About the estate

The Zorn estate is located in Kraichtal within the Kraichgau region and was established in the early 2010s after Dominik Zorn took over and expanded his parents' business. Dominik Zorn studied viticulture and enology in Geisenheim and oversees the vineyards as well as the cellar and distillery, while Nadine Zorn manages sales and administration. In addition to the vineyards, the property features orchards that are well over 50 years old and provide the fruit for a range of spirits and liqueurs. The name Niwenburg derives from the historical designation of the village and the estate's location on the old castle grounds in the center of town. Visitors can taste and purchase the wines and spirits directly at the on-site vinotheque.
