About the estate
The Weingut Willems-Willems winery is managed in the fifth generation, connecting the Saar and Rheinhessen regions. Following their marriage in 2006, Carolin and Jürgen Hofmann jointly run the estate from their location in Appenheim. As a member of the organic winegrowers association, the estate operates strictly organically without synthetic chemical substances or artificial fertilizers. The goal of this nature-compatible management is a closed production cycle to preserve healthy soils and biodiversity. This working method results in individual wines with diverse character and high quality.
