The Thomas Hoffmann estate is a traditional winery located in Osann-Monzel on the Moselle, managed by the Hoffmann family for generations. The family's winemaking roots date back to the turn of the century when they came to Monzel. The portfolio includes various grape varieties such as Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Dornfelder. The estate cultivates steep and very steep slopes and engages in environmentally friendly viticulture. Thomas Hoffmann took over the sole management in 2015 and has since advanced the modernization of the winery.
