About the estate
The Spier winery cultivates two hectares of vineyards in Enkirch on the Mosel. The estate is managed by master winemaker Roger Spier and looks back on a history dating back to its foundation in 1580. The portfolio includes wines and sparkling wines from various sites such as Herrenberg, Monteneubel, and Steffensberg. The vineyards are planted with different grape varieties including Riesling, Chardonnay, Red Riesling, Pinot Noir, Dornfelder, and Müller-Thurgau. Depending on the location and exposure, the vines yield diverse wine styles ranging from light and fruity to powerful and distinctive representatives.
