About the estate

The Schneider-Beiwinkel winery is run by winemaker Wolfgang Beiwinkel in Edenkoben along the Southern Wine Route. For over 30 years, the estate has been producing wines and sparkling wines in harmony with nature and the environment. The portfolio includes typical Palatine grape varieties such as Riesling, Silvaner, Morio-Muskat, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris, as well as red varieties like Dornfelder, Pinot Noir, St. Laurent, and Merlot. Production encompasses white and red wines, rosé wines, four sparkling wines, and two pearl wines. All wines are bottled directly at the estate.
