About the estate

The Klaus Simon winery, a family-run estate since 1949, is located in Wasserlos and is operated by the Klaus Simon family. Klaus Simon acts as winegrower and cellar master, overseeing the work in the vineyard and the distillation process. He is supported by Ester Simon, who works as a tour guide and wine educator, as well as by their daughter Luisa Simon, a trained winemaker and viticultural technician. The family business places great emphasis on high quality standards and produces both wines and spirits.
