About the estate

The Jakoby-Mathy estate cultivates 4.5 hectares of vineyards in Kinheim. The winery produces puristic and elegant wines that consistently reflect their origin. The portfolio includes dry, off-dry, and fruity sweet wines, as well as red wines, rosé, sparkling wine, noble sweet specialties, spirits, and liqueurs. The wines grow in vineyard sites such as the slate steep slope Hubertuslay and Rosenberg. Particular emphasis is placed on lees aging before bottling in order to reveal the full facets of each individual site.
