The estate cultivates parcels in various sites such as Hofgarten, Kahlenberg, Kauzenberg, Kroetenpfuhl, Aufm Schlossberg, Narrenkappe, Pastorei, and the monopoly site Steinberg. The grape variety portfolio includes Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, which grow on soils composed of sandstone, loam, loess, marl, and gravel. The wines are crafted from premier and grand cru sites to revive the tradition of great wines from the region.
