The Günter Müllers-Stein winery is a family-run business located in Kröv on the Moselle river, cultivating its vineyards through close-to-nature farming methods. The core of the production is Riesling, which ripens in the steep slate slopes of the Kröver Letterlay and Steffensberg sites. The grape variety portfolio further includes Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc from the Kröver Paradies site, and Gewürztraminer. For vineyard management, the estate relies on environmentally friendly practices such as dispensing with insecticides using pheromones and conducting targeted soil analyses. Winemaking is carried out entirely in-house to guarantee product quality.
