About the estate
The Edel-Brauch winery cultivates its vineyards by hand throughout the entire year, from winter pruning to the harvest in autumn. In the cellar, the fully ripe and healthy grapes are carefully processed to allow the wines to develop and mature freely. The estate also includes a traditional restaurant serving regional specialties. Located along the Southern Wine Route, the business combines traditional viticulture with a long-standing gastronomic history.
