About the estate
Managed by Andreas Krämer in Erlabrunn, the Krämer winery traces its origins back to 1930 when Josef Klüpfel acquired the historic property. The family-run estate was expanded over subsequent generations, and independent bottling and marketing began in 1989. The vineyards surrounding Erlabrunn are cultivated sustainably, with all tasks from vine care to harvest performed entirely by hand. The grape variety portfolio includes Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus, Domina, Dornfelder, Pinot Noir, and Silvaner, which is typical for Franconia. Following the harvest, the wines are matured in the estate's vaulted cellar.
