About the estate

The Weinbau Dorsch estate cultivates its vineyards in the Iphöfer Kronsberg, Kalb, Julius-Echter-Berg, and Burgweg sites. For generations, and already at the beginning of the 1900s, the family took over the old brickworks outside the city wall near the Rödelseer Tor. The winery works according to integrated and ecological principles to carefully mature its wines. The portfolio includes white grape varieties such as Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Riesling, Scheurebe, Bacchus, and Kerner, as well as red varieties like Pinot Noir, Domina, and Pinot Meunier. The selection is complemented by Franconian spirits and the Schlawiner Secco.
