About the estate
The Vistorta estate is a modern property situated within a historic rural hamlet in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, managed by the Brandolini family for over one hundred and fifty years. The agricultural enterprise was founded in 1872 by Guido Brandolini, and from 1979 onwards, Brandino Brandolini renewed winemaking efforts with a focus on Merlot alongside white wines such as Tocai friulano. Operations are conducted in accordance with the principles of organic and regenerative agriculture. Across the 140 hectares of land, crops are cultivated in rotation and interspersed with cover crops to support soil fertility and the local ecosystem.
