The Víno Kadrnka estate is a family-run winery located in the village of Březí near Mikulov, close to the Pálava Hills and the Dunajovice Hills. The vineyards are situated across various sites with distinct soils and exposures, cultivating varieties such as Pinot Blanc, Welschriesling, Riesling, Chardonnay, and Pálava. The vinification is organized into three categories based on vine age, maturity, and maturation vessels including stainless steel, wood, and concrete. Alongside culinary collaborations, the estate integrates its wine production with gastronomic experiences.
