About the estate

The Vinárstvo Markovics - Vojtech Markovics estate is located in Vinosady within the Malokarpatská region and was founded in 1988. The winery manages eleven point five hectares of vineyards and produces a broad portfolio comprising numerous grape varieties, with a primary focus on white wines. During vinification, traditional methods are applied without the use of yeasts to preserve the natural varietal character of the grapes. Dominant varieties include Alibernet, Welschriesling, and Grüner Veltliner. The wines are distributed through selected restaurants and wine shops as well as directly at the cellar.

The eno directory lists 28 wines, mostly from Cabernet Sauvignon and Rizling Vlašský. The estate sells to horeca and retail.
