The Vinařství Pavlov, spol. s r.o. winery is based in the South Moravian village of Pavlov within the protected area of the Pálava Hills. The vineyards benefit from a unique limestone subsoil and the warm local climatic conditions. The estate focuses on white grape varieties including Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Tramín červený, Pálava, Welschriesling, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc. During production, the winery combines traditional grape varieties with modern technologies to create wines with a fresh character and typical aromas. The products originate from renowned vineyard sites such as Sahara, Stará hora, Slunný vrch and Pod Pálavou.
