The Šebestovo vinařství - Pavel Šebesta estate was founded in 2002 by Eliška and Martin Šebesta as a family business located in one of the warmest wine-growing regions on the slopes of the Dunajovice Hills in the Mikulov region. The estate manages 8.5 hectares of self-planted vineyards in the renowned sites Liščí vrch and Ořechová hora in Březí u Mikulova. The portfolio includes white wines, red wines, rosé, clarets, and ice wines, which are shaped by the clay-loam soils with a high active calcium content and the local climate.
