About the estate
The Vinarija Tarpoš estate is located in the Šumadija region of Serbia in the village of Vrbica near Aranđelovac, with production beginning in 2003. Surrounded by the Bukulja and Venčac mountains, the winery features a vineyard centered around its signature Merlot, which yielded its first harvest in 2007. The estate takes its name from a traditional Serbian women's cap once used to offer grapes to travelers. Following a change of ownership in 2021, the property continues its winemaking operations alongside a restaurant situated directly within the vineyards.
