About the estate
The Vinarija Brzica winery produces a wine portfolio that includes dry red wines, white wines, and a semi-sweet rosé. The processed grape varieties include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Vranac, and Graševina. The red wines are partly aged in small, medium-toasted oak barrels with a volume of 225 liters and spend additional months maturing in the cellar. The production of certain cuvées takes place exclusively in the best wine years. In addition to winemaking, the estate operates a vinotel in Aljmaš.
