The Vína z mlyna - Rodina Demovičová a Soósová estate looks back on a long family tradition in viticulture that began in the second half of the 18th century in Doľany in the Malokarpatská region. Following expropriation and a forced interruption during the communist era, the family recovered their vineyards after 1989 and resumed winemaking activities. Since 2002, they have been restoring a historic 16th-century watermill where the wine production has since been relocated. Under its registered brand, the winery offers limited quantities of wine from its own vineyards, including sacramental wine.
