About the estate
The Vina Franković winery looks back on a long family tradition that was continued through Josip Franković's move to Buje in Istria. The vineyards cover an area of 15 hectares located on the Santa Lucia site, which is characterized by limestone and clay soils. The management of the vineyards is organic and relies on a combination of experience, agronomic training, and family commitment. In addition to winemaking, the estate also cultivates olives in organically managed groves. The connection to nature and the winemaker's passion are further reflected in the symbolism of the estate logo.
