About the estate
The Valenta Family Wines estate in Istria is managed by three generations and cultivates vineyards in Kaldir and Pazin. The hillside vineyards in Kaldir above Motovun are characterized by clay and stone, providing the wines with freshness and structure. In the higher-altitude vineyards around Pazin, cooler nights and deeper soils ensure slow ripening and distinct minerality. The portfolio includes both fresh and aged wines such as Malvazija Istarska, Sauvignon Blanc, Bianca Croce, Muškat bijeli, alongside the red wines Terre di Paradiso and Dionigi. The estate combines established tradition with modern enology and a precise understanding of the terroir.
