About the estate
The Torchio Vitivinicola Biologica estate was founded in 1959 by Renzo Torchio, initially starting as a small livestock and farming business. Since 1992, the company has been managed by Giordano Torchio, who added the cultivation of five hectares of organic vineyards for Lambrusco and white wines in 2016. A completely renovated cellar is dedicated to the production of organic bottled wine. The estate distributes its products through farmers' markets, direct sales at the winery, and online channels.
