The winery produces a wine from native grape varieties characterized by a ruby red color with violet hues. The aroma features a predominance of black pepper and wild berries. Following a long aging process in wood, the taste evolves with aging into a slightly herbaceous and musky bouquet with a walnut aftertaste.
