About the estate
The Sziegl Pince winery was founded in 2012 by winemakers Petra and Balázs in Hajós. The estate farms nine hectares of vineyards across five different sites, including Kolostor-domb, Herreberg, and Hársfás-út. Cultivation is carried out exclusively organically, utilizing grape varieties such as Kadarka, Olaszrizling, Kövidinka, Kékfrankos, Hárslevelű, Tramini, and Rajnai rizling. These grapes are used to produce limited quantities of wines with a focus on experimentation and the expression of individual vineyard characteristics.
