The winemaking tradition of the Stanislav Pazderka family in Bořetice dates back to 1655. The estate cultivates 19 hectares of vineyards located in the Morava wine region, Velkopavlovická sub-region, specifically in the Trkmanská vineyard tract. All raw materials used for wine production come exclusively from their own vineyards. The portfolio features quality varietal wines as well as predicate wines including late harvest and barrique styles. Additionally, the winery operates a wine cellar located within the Kraví hora cellar village.
