About the estate
The Spagnol Col del Sas estate manages 36 hectares of vineyards and looks back on a long-standing history that began in the early 20th century under great-grandfather Serafino. Since 1986, the winery has bottled its own wine in its estate cellar, thus completing the entire production chain from harvesting to the final bottle. The family performs all vineyard work manually and produces sparkling wines within the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG denomination. Today, the family manages the traditional winery in the Veneto region together with a team of dedicated employees in the vineyards and cellar.
