About the estate
The SONBERK, a.s. estate is situated in the heart of southern Moravia on the slopes of Popice near Mikulov, overlooking the Pálava hills and the Nové Mlýny reservoir. Across 40 hectares of vineyards, the centuries-old tradition of vine cultivation is maintained through careful soil management and manual grape harvesting. The winery operates in a striking modern architectural building designed by architect Josef Pleskot. The portfolio features characteristic wines produced under the Morava and VOC Mikulovsko denominations.
