About the estate
The family-run Santa Eurosia estate was founded in 1981 in the heart of Valdobbiadene DOCG and Superiore di Cartizze. The brand name was inspired by a nearby area known for a local shrine dedicated to Saint Eurosia. To produce its wines, the winery collaborates with 25 winegrower families from the region. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and originate from the hills of Valdobbiadene and neighboring municipalities. All sparkling wines undergo temperature-controlled primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by a secondary fermentation in autoclaves.
