About the estate
The Ruge estate is located in Valdobbiadene in the Veneto region and is managed by the brothers Ruggero and Andrea, whose family history is closely tied to the region's winemaking tradition. Founded in 2010, the winery cultivates steep vineyards with old vines on the Col Funer in Santo Stefano entirely by hand. Working in harmony with nature and the rhythms of the ecosystem, the producers craft wines that capture the mineral and saline qualities of the UNESCO-recognized hillside landscape. The portfolio includes Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG and Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG.
The eno directory lists 7 wines, mostly from Verdiso.
