The winery Papayiannis Ampelones Oinopoieio - To Patitiri is a 5th-generation family business based in Pallini in the Sterea Ellada region, and is listed in the member directory of the ΣΕΟ – Σύνδεσμος Ελληνικού Οίνου (Greek Wine Federation). In the Mesogeia region of Attica, the estate cultivates its own vineyards with the Savvatiano grape variety. Since 1990, the company has traded winemaking and bottling products for small producers and amateurs, while also offering traditional products since the year 2000. The company markets two wine lines, including the Papayiannis line introduced in 2016 with wines carrying a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI). In the Attica region, the Papayiannis family has cultivated grapes for five generations.
